Luke Mader
Executive DirectorCommencing his career as a trades person at WesTrac (Cat dealer), Luke later transitioned into marketing Caterpillar (owner miner division). Here, he identified an under serviced ‘niche’ in the market, establishing Mader in 2005. Working as a single man band out of his Ute in the Pilbara, Luke built the business from ground up, strategising, executing & overseeing the business through all stages of growth in changing market conditions, from conception to present. Guiding the Company from strength to strength, Luke leads Mader Group's strategic development to foster global expansion. Supported by his loving wife and children, Luke enjoys surfing and getting to know Mader’s front-line employees.
Patrick Conway
Chief Executive OfficerPatrick boasts an impressive background with a Bachelor Degree in Business (Finance and Accounting), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, 6 years’ experience in Public Practice accounting and business advisory, 4 years’ experience with a West African gold development project, and most importantly, 4 solid years with Mader Group. His ability to analyse, visualise and articulate leaves him well equipped to provide the strategic direction required for continual success. Supported by his loving family, Patrick enjoys a tastefully competitive game of golf with his father and brothers. He also attempts indoor soccer when feeling adventurous.
John Greville
Chief Operating OfficerCommencing with Mader in 2005 John’s blend of practical experience and formal training has helped grow Mader from a startup to over 1000 staff across Australia and the world. Trade trained with a Diploma in Management, he has worked in all key operational areas. With 25 years of industry knowledge and a wealth of experience building successful teams, he is currently managing 3 direct reports and 1000 indirect while overseeing all operational aspects of the Mader Group as the COO. Supported by his wife and 3 daughters, John enjoys riding his mountain bike, playing guitar and spending time with his family.
LiLi Lim
Chief Financial OfficerLiLi has 21 years’ experience in international finance working alongside major mining names within manufacturing, shipping and mining industries. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, CPA, Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance and a Masters in Accounting. With a strong background in financial management, LiLi guides Mader Group’s strategic direction through the implementation of effective financial management across borders. In such a rapidly growing company, Lili plays a pivotal role in ensuring the continuity of Mader’s high economic performance. Supported by her encouraging husband and family, LiLi enjoys the odd piano lesson, helping her charming daughters achieve top grades and rewarding them to well-deserved shopping outings.
