Commitment to our Community
At Force Equipment we believe community engagement is a critical  aspect in the development of a successful business operation and our social responsibility. We are committed to building positive relations with the communities in which we operate and seek to add value to those communities through pro-active activities.

We regularly engage our teams around Australia in our CSR initiatives and all new employees are introduced to our community commitments and the importance of understanding the communities in which we work.

In 2011 Force Equipment raised over $18,000 for the Better Life foundation. Employees across the country worked for one additional hour on a nominated day and that hour of their pay was donated to help people in underprivileged communities learn to make the best use of knowledge, expertise, labour and resources to create a better life for them and their families.

In 2012, Force Equipment have demonstrated their support to the charity Beyond Blue and Movember by painting the tray of a 777 truck which is a part of their fleet at Edna May Gold Mine blue. In doing so, they hope to raise awareness in the community of prostate cancer and other mens health initiatives.
