NPE where engaged to supply the show power for the massive Coldplay concerts in Sydney.

NPE‘s team in NSW managed the commercial, technical and electrical installation on the three shows at Allianz Stadium. NPE delivered this power solution along with some of our key electrical subcontractors who provided electrical support during the installation phase of the show and throughout the live concerts.

As Coldplay are currently the largest outdoor touring concert event in the world, these concerts require extensive planning by skilled and qualified experts to ensure the multiple stages, lighting, video and audio requirements go off witout a hitch.

NPE provided a synchronized power installation of 2 x 1250kVA generators complete with low voltage cable & control cable to make this event run smoothly and give the production team piece of mind that in the event of a generator failure that the system that had been scoped would manage the load based on the units being synchronized and load sharing capacities.

NPE had an electrical technician in attendance during the rehearsal and show’s to give our clients piece of mind in the event of issue or unforeseen circumstance onsite.

Thankfully and as planned, the shows went off seamlessly and the 44,000 patrons who attended both nights came away seeing a great show of 2 hours of nonstop Coldplay music…. thanks to NPE.
